Cancellation, Exchange and Replacement

We cannot guarantee the cancellation of any order. If you order, it will ship. All sales are final.

​If we are aware of a defect with your product's batch or a bottle, we will exchange/replace the product immediately. We offer exchanges/replacements in the case of faulty product only.

Shipping and Taxes

Currently, we are required by the state of California to collect sales tax on any orders within California. If you are outside the US, you may be responsible for paying duties on your order when it arrives. Please check with your country's import duty laws to avoid any unpleasant surprises. 

​We ship all our products using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping is not included in the price. 

Our handling time is 3-4 days. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. If you did not receive an email including tracking, please check your spam folder first, then email our customer service team at orders@alavinaskin.com

If you are ordering outside the US, please be aware that shipping takes longer than domestic shipping. You will also be able to check your order with the tracking number provided.

Subscriptions

Your subscription will charge at the intervals you choose. All subscription orders are final sale. If you fail to cancel your subscription before the next charge is made, you will be charged and your order will ship. We cannot accept refused shipments or returns.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the results from using Alavina you can receive a full refund of the product purchase price inclusive of tax. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee for US customers only. The guarantee is only for your first bottle of Alavina. Any subsequent purchases are not eligible for the money back guarantee.

 To be eligible for the money back guarantee, you must contact us with your order number and receipt at orders@alavinaskin.com within 30 days of purchase. We will ask that you send back the Alavina bottle to us. Once we have received it, we will process your refund. Please note that you will not be refunded for any additional shipping costs.
